Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainers role based in Ghaziabad. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs on banking technology solutions, with a focus on Finacle CBS and related modules.



Responsibilities include conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, preparing training materials and documentation, and updating content to reflect product changes and industry standards. The role involves assessing learner needs, creating structured learning paths, and evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance metrics. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders to align training with implementation timelines and support requirements, while providing ongoing guidance and coaching to trainees.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers in IT or banking technology environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including designing curricula, organizing sessions, and evaluating learning outcomes.
