Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and client accounts. You will work closely with our strategy, creative, content and account management teams to develop campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just run ads, but understands why campaigns perform, how to improve them, and how marketing activity translates into leads, customers and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Campaign Management
· Plan, launch and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
· Manage campaigns across other platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok and Bing where relevant to the client and campaign objective.
· Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.




· Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis and campaign planning.
· Develop and continuously test different audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages.
· Monitor campaigns daily and identify opportunities, issues and performance trends.
· Optimize campaigns against KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution
· Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other tracking platforms.
· Ensure accurate tracking of leads, purchases, calls, forms and other key conversions.
· Analyze campaign and website performance to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
· Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
· Go beyond reporting numbers by providing transparent insights, explanations and recommendations.
