We are seeking self-motivated Hardware/Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and optimize UWB and sensor fusion-based RTLS hardware and firmware systems, ensuring robust security and seamless integration with digital infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities
· Architect, design and develop UWB-based RTLS hardware modules for precision localization in metallic aircraft environments.
· Implement firmware for secure communication protocols (UWB PHY/MAC, MQTT, WebSocket, and Wi-Fi/Ethernet backhaul).
· Collaborate with software teams to integrate digital twin infrastructure (RBAC authentication, encrypted pipelines, private cloud).
· Conduct PCB design, prototyping, and validation for solution components such as anchors
