About Silicon Stack
Silicon Stack is an Australian IT services company with a strong India operations base in Pune. We specialise in Global Capability Centre (GCC) staffing and managed services, delivering engineering, AI/data, QA, and embedded systems talent to enterprise clients across automotive, industrial, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Our clients include some of the world's leading industrial organizations operating GCCs in India. We are in a high-growth phase — scaling India operations significantly over the next 18 months — and this role is central to achieving that growth.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, commercially sharp Business Development skilled to own our revenue growth engine. You will be the first dedicated commercial hire in India — responsible for building new client relationships, driving expansion within existing accounts, and creating the commercial infrastructure that allows Silicon Stack India to scale systematically. You will work directly with the MD India and have full visibility into commercial strategy, client relationships, and growth targets.



This is not a support or back-office role — you are in front of clients from Week 1

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
• Identify, engage, and close recent GCC clients — industrial, automotive, manufacturing, and technology sectors
• Build and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
• Lead discovery conversations with CIOs, GCC Heads, and VP Engineering level stakeholders
• Develop and present commercial proposals in coordination with technical and delivery teams
• Represent Silicon Stack at industry forums including NASSCOM, CII, and ACMA — speaker opportunities actively pursued

Account Growth & Expansion
• Drive expansion within existing accounts — identify new teams, new projects, and new scope opportunities
• Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process — every client has a forward commerci
