Key Responsibilities

Desktop & Technical Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Perform OS installation, BIOS, formatting, and reinstallation.
Install and configure business applications and utilities.
Provide first-level technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot software, operating system, and application issues.
Set up laptops and desktops for new employees.
Support routine IT Helpdesk activities.
Networking concepts including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
Experience with network switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi Access Points.
Familiarity with CCTV systems, DVRs, and NVRs.

Hardware Support
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues.
Perform battery health checks and battery replacement.
Inspect and replace damaged laptop adapters.
Test and troubleshoot keyboards, mice, headphones, webcams, monitors, and mobile chargers.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs when required.

Network & Infrastructure Support

Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
Install and configure network switches.




Install and maintain Wi-Fi Access Points (APs).
Assist in firewall configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Check network patching, cables, and network ports.
Escalate network issues to senior IT engineers when required.

CCTV & Security Systems
Monitor CCTV camera health and connectivity.
Configure and troubleshoot DVR and NVR systems.
Coordinate with vendors for CCTV installation and maintenance.

IT Operations & Asset Management
Support IT asset allocation and deallocation.
Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
Prepare laptops and desktops for employee onboarding.
Coordinate IT asset dispatch and collection.
Assist in routine IT maintenance activities.
Follow IT policies, security standards, and documentation procedures.
