Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Mangaldai.



The specialist will drive customer acquisition and service provider onboarding by promoting Taskry NE’s marketplace through field visits, local outreach, and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential partners, explaining platform perks, and supporting them through registration and activation. The role also involves managing sales pipelines, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. The specialist will collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth user experiences, provide basic training to service providers on platform use, and share market feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and service providers professionally and clearly.
Proven Sales abilities and experience in Sales Management, including lead generation, conversion, and relationship building.
