Role Description:
· Monitor customer payments and allocate receipts accurately based on customer payment advice,
coordinating with the Finance team to ensure timely adjustments in the ERP/accounting system.
· Send payment reminder emails to customers twice a month for outstanding invoices, managing
approximately 130–140 reminder emails per cycle.
· Maintain and update the Accounts Receivable (AR) tracker on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate
reporting of aging, overdue balances, and collection performance.
· Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on Credit Note (CN) and Debit Note (DN)
adjustments, ensuring customer accounts are updated promptly.
