Role Description The Branch Manager – Consumer Electronics and TV (Madhya Pradesh) is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing sales and distribution of consumer electronics and TV products, and ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Daily tasks include supervising branch staff, planning and executing sales strategies, managing dealer and retail networks,



and monitoring inventory and logistics to maintain adequate stock levels. The Branch Manager will track market trends, coordinate local marketing activities, ensure high standards of customer service, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management. The role also involves building solid relationships with channel partners, resolving operational issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
Qualifications
Strong branch management and operations skills, including team supervision, performance tracking, and process compliance.
Experience in sales and distribution of consumer electronics and TV products, preferably within Madhya Pradesh or similar markets.
Ability to build and manage dealer, retailer, and channel partner relationships, with effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
