Role Description The Behaviour Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The therapist will provide one-on-one, evidence-based behavioral interventions to children on the autism spectrum, following individualized treatment plans under the guidance of senior clinicians. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing structured teaching sessions,



collecting and recording behavioral data, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies in collaboration with supervising professionals. The role involves working closely with families to model techniques, share updates, and support carryover of skills at home. Behaviour Therapists also participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and career development to ensure high-quality, ethical, and consistent care.
Qualifications
Strong skills in behavior observation, data collection, and accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
Ability to implement structured behavioral programs, follow clinical protocols, and adapt strategies to individual needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and supervising clinicians.
Capacity for patience, empathy, and emotional resilience when working with children and families in therapeutic settings.
