Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join the Growth team. This role focuses on driving revenue through high-quality product demos, effective lead conversion, and consultative selling to creators and educators.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging product demos and consultations for both inbound and outbound leads
Clearly communicate the product’s value proposition, tailoring pitches to customer needs
Manage the end-to-end sales funnel: lead qualification, follow-ups, and closures
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with Onboarding and Customer Success teams for seamless customer handover
Capture market insights and customer feedback to refine sales strategies




Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline and activities using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar role
Proven ability to deliver demos and close deals effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and execution-focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proficiency in English and Hindi

Good to Have
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
Basic understanding of the SaaS or EdTech ecosystem
