Role Overview
AQM Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President / Sales Head – Global Sales to lead its India and International Sales organization. The role is responsible for driving strategic business growth, expanding the company's global footprint, developing high-performing sales teams, and accelerating revenue across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in enterprise IT services sales, have a proven track record of building successful sales organizations, and demonstrate the ability to engage with C-level executives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership




Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with AQM's business objectives.
Lead and mentor the India and International Sales teams to achieve aggressive business growth.
Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
Define sales KPIs, pipeline governance, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms.

Business Development
Drive new customer acquisition across India and international markets.
Develop strategic go-to-market plans for Quality Engineering, Software Testing, AI-led Testing, Digital Engineering, and Cybersecurity services.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and industry verticals.
Expand AQM's presence across enterprise accounts globally.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders.
Lead strategic account planning and executive engagement.
