Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across Meta and Google, with a strong focus on performance, experimentation, and creative testing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversion and retention.
Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct creative testing across different hooks, messaging, formats, audiences, and CTAs.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
Test different audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.




Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-driven ad creatives.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable growth insights.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Growth/Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven experience in developing full-funnel marketing strategies.
Solid understanding of creative testing and experimentation.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
Ability to independently plan, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
