Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Sales Manager role based in Bihar, India. The Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, manage and support a network of distributors and retail partners, and ensure achievement of sales targets and market share growth for Sleepwell products. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, conducting market analysis, and identifying opportunities for channel expansion. The role involves collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams, coaching and developing sales personnel, and maintaining solid relationships with key business partners and customers. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for reporting sales performance, forecasting demand, and upholding Sleepwell’s standards of customer experience, brand visibility, and compliance with company policies.
