We’re looking for a hands-on Senior PPC Manager to own and scale our B2B paid acquisition initiatives, with a robust focus on Google Ads.
? Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Search, Display & Remarketing campaigns
Audit campaigns, keywords, match types, bidding and budgets
Drive high-quality B2B leads while reducing wasted spend
Optimize search terms, negative keywords, ad copy and landing pages
Manage GA4, GTM and Google Ads conversion tracking
Implement offline conversion tracking and CRM attribution
Track CPL, CPQL, opportunities, pipeline and ROAS
Work with Sales, Content, Design and Development teams to improve conversion rates
? What We're Looking For
6–15 years of hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience
Strong B2B lead-generation background




Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Software or Consulting
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRO and conversion tracking
Experience with CRM integration and offline conversions
Strong analytical and communication skills
International B2B experience (US/UK/Europe/Australia) is a plus
