Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Shell Scripting to join our energetic IT team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle database development and be proficient in Oracle RETEK, PLSQL and should have a strong retail domain, stock ledger,



stock recording functional knowledge. Experience with Unix shell scripting, Pro*C will be considered a significant advantage.
Experience Required : 4 years to 6 years
Location : Chennai (Siruseri SIPCOT IT Park)
Shift Timing : UK Shift
Mode of work : Hybrid
Must Have: Oracle RETEK, PLSQL, strong retail domain and stock ledger functional knowledge
Good To Have: Pro*C/Oracle database
Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP.
Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type.
Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem record
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
Work on change requests from business.
