Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Design to lead and execute high-quality visual communication across digital and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in both Graphic Design and Motion Graphics,



along with the ability to mentor junior designers, review creative deliverables, and contribute to long-term visual and brand strategies.
This role requires a combination of hands-on design execution, creative leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects across branding, marketing, social media, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.
Create high-quality graphic designs, motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicate brand messaging.
Establish and maintain visual design standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Mentor and guide junior designers by providing regular feedback, coaching, and development support.
