MGT-Commerce runs the AWS infrastructure behind 5,000+ Magento and Adobe Commerce stores. Our engineering team in India is growing, and hiring well has become a full time job: yours. This is a remote, India-based individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership of recruiting, working directly with our India management team.

Overview
• Remote within India (you must be based in India)
• Standard German business hours (CET), no night shifts
• You work directly with our management team
• Full-time, individual-contributor role: you are the recruiting function

What you will own
• The full recruiting pipeline for our India engineering team, from intake with hiring managers to signed offer
• Proactive sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and tech channels such as Instahyre or Cutshort
• Structured interviews: you screen candidates yourself and coordinate technical rounds with our engineers
• Candidate communication end to end: fast, respectful, honest. You are the face of MGT Commerce to every applicant
• Offer negotiation and closing, together with the India management team




• Our ATS and recruiting data: pipeline, time-to-fill, offer acceptance. You keep the numbers clean and report them monthly

A typical week
• Align hiring priorities with the India management team and review your pipelines
• Source and screen Linux/AWS engineers; run first-round interviews
• Prepare and debrief technical interview rounds with the engineering team
• Keep every active candidate informed: nobody waits more than a few days for an answer
• Improve one thing in the process: an interview guide, a job ad, a funnel metric

What success looks like
• After 90 days: every open engineering role has a live pipeline and clean ATS discipline
• After 6 months: a consistently strong candidate experience, measured rather than assumed
• After 12 months: faster, more predictable hiring, with time-to-fill and offer-acceptance at or better than industry benchmarks
