About Zartek Technologies
Zartek is a product engineering company based at Kinfra Hi-Tech Park, Kalamassery, Kochi. We build mobile apps, web platforms, and AI-powered products for clients across India, the GCC, Europe, Africa, and Australia — and we build our own products too. Our work spans everything from custom Flutter apps to AI chatbots and enterprise platforms.

The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow. You'll work on both inbound leads that come to us through our website and marketing channels, and outbound prospecting where you identify and reach out to potential clients yourself. This is a hands-on sales role — a significant part of your day will be spent on the phone, cold calling prospects across different markets and time zones.

You don't need years of experience. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone, hearing "no," and calling the next person. If you've done software or IT sales before, that's a solid plus. If you haven't but you're hungry to learn, we'll train you.

What You'll Do




Make outbound cold calls and send cold emails to prospective clients in India and international markets
Qualify and respond to inbound leads from our website, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns
Understand client requirements and pitch the right Zartek service or product
Book and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and our technical team
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead status and follow-up activity
Research target industries and build prospect lists for outbound campaigns
Support proposal preparation and follow up through the sales cycle until closure
Represent Zartek professionally in all client communication, written and verbal

What We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales
Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be speaking with clients in the Gulf, Europe, and Australia
Genuine comfort with cold calling; you should be able to make 40–60 calls a day
