People Development: Manage and develop a team of backend support associates,



including KYC (Know Your Customer), ensuring they meet career development goals.
Operation Excellence: carry SLA targets and customer support matrix, enhance the team’s capability through quality and training initiatives.
Customer Experience: Understand end-to-end customer experience and map best practices in the market, identify gaps and operational process opportunities, and drive continuous improvements to better meet business needs.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various business departments and operational departments, including customer care, risk, and compliance.
We’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree holders
6+ years’ experience in the operation or customer support field, 2+ years in working in KYC and working with multiple stakeholders
Finance, Banking and Fintech operations management experiences would be a great advantage.
