Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for growing and strengthening Thynk Wealth Community’s member base and strategic partnerships. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospective members and partners, conducting outreach via digital channels and calls, and presenting TWC’s value proposition to high-potential prospects. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with financial professionals, community leaders,



and prospective members, as well as coordinating virtual events and webinars to drive engagement and awareness. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends and lead-generation performance, provide feedback on positioning and messaging, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine growth strategies. This role requires consistent pipeline management, accurate reporting, and proactive communication in a fully remote, results-oriented environment.
