Role Summary:
As an Executive – Client Servicing, you will be the key bridge between our corporate sponsors/clients and internal execution teams. You will manage client relationships post-sale, taking full ownership of brand activation deliverables and ensuring seamless,



end-to-end execution—from pre-event planning through to on-ground execution and post-event reporting.
Key Responsibility
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary, go-to point of contact for assigned clients and sponsors post-sales, ensuring explicit communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
Deliverable Ownership: Track, manage, and ensure the timely delivery of all contractual commitments, brand placements, and custom activations promised to clients.
Internal Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, Logistics, and On-Ground Event Operations teams to turn client briefs into reality.
On-Ground Event Execution: Travel to event locations across cities to lead on-site client coordination, oversee brand booth setups, resolve live issues, and ensure brand visibility aligns with agreed standards.
