Role Description The Commis Chef role at The Fresh Factory is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Commis Chef supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking menu items, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. Daily responsibilities include following recipes and kitchen standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols, and helping with stock rotation and storage.



The role also involves collaborating with senior chefs, responding to kitchen needs during service, and communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Food Preparation and Cooking abilities, including basic Culinary Skills.
Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of Hygiene and food safety practices.
Candidates should have clear and respectful Communication skills for effective teamwork in a busy kitchen environment.
Relevant experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training is beneficial.
