Role Description The Trainer role at Mervice Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for recent hires and existing team members, focusing on process knowledge, communication standards, and performance expectations within the BPO environment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom and floor trainings, creating training materials and assessments,
monitoring trainee performance, and providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity. The Trainer collaborates closely with operations and quality teams to identify training needs, update content based on process changes, and ensure training aligns with client requirements and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Strong training and facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct engaging classroom and on-the-job sessions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to diverse audiences.
Ability to design training content, create assessments, and maintain training documentation in a structured, organized manner.
