We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Business Analyst who can drive strategic initiatives, analyze customer behavior, optimize business funnels, and generate actionable insights for product and business teams.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in business analytics, product analytics, strategy,



dashboarding, and stakeholder management, with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

This role requires close collaboration with Product, Business, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to improve customer experience, business performance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
Business & Product Analytics
Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities.
Monitor and improve key business metrics such as acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue.
Perform funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation to improve business performance.
Track and analyze user journeys to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
