Role Description The Maintenance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for the upkeep and reliable functioning of restaurant facilities and equipment. Daily tasks include inspecting kitchen and dining area equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance, and coordinating corrective repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves working with electrical systems and basic utilities, responding to maintenance requests from outlet staff,



and ensuring that safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. The Maintenance Officer will maintain maintenance records, liaise with external vendors when needed, and support smooth restaurant operations by resolving technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
Strong equipment maintenance skills, including routine inspections and Maintenance & Repair of kitchen and restaurant infrastructure.
Ability to perform Corrective Maintenance efficiently, diagnosing issues and implementing timely solutions to reduce operational disruptions.
Working knowledge of basic Electricity concepts and safe handling of electrical equipment and fixtures in a commercial setting.
Effective Communication skills to coordinate with outlet managers, staff, and external service providers, and to document maintenance activities clearly.
