Role Overview
As a Placement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end placement process for students enrolled in our future-ready programs, including:
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Computer Science & Data Science
Data Science
The role requires proactive engagement with recruiters, corporate partners, and academic teams to ensure successful internship and placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage campus placement activities and ensure quality employment opportunities for students.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, recruiters, and hiring partners.
Identify and onboard current companies for campus recruitment.
Plan and coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
Manage internship and final placement processes from start to finish.
Maintain an up-to-date corporate database and placement records.
Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to ensure smooth placement execution.
Gather recruiter feedback and implement improvements to enhance placement outcomes.
Organize networking events, employer engagement initiatives, and career development activities.
Eligibility & Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
