Role Description The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of Skinpoetry’s on-site activities in the Mohali district. This full-time role includes managing staff, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining high standards of client experience and safety. The General Manager will supervise scheduling, resource allocation,



and workflow efficiency, as well as monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements. The role involves collaborating with clinical and content teams, managing budgets, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The General Manager will also handle vendor relationships, address client feedback, and contribute to strategic planning for business growth.
Qualifications
