What You'll be Doing-
Video Editing
Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
Create high-retention edits using transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and pacing.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple social-first assets.
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
Leverage AI tools to speed up workflows and elevate content quality.

Graphic Designing
Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, and promotional assets.




Create marketing collateral for digital campaigns, website banners, emailers, presentations, and other brand requirements.
Maintain consistency across all visual communication while continuously improving the brand aesthetic.

We're looking for someone who
Has 2–4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
Understands what makes content perform on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
Has a strong eye for storytelling, composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Can manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Is proactive, collaborative, and enjoys experimenting with new creative formats.
