Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 2–4 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, and B2B sales within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare consulting industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical outsourcing services, particularly Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Clinical Research, Medical Information, Quality Assurance, and Drug Safety. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships,



driving revenue growth, and expanding Vigilare Bio Pharma's global client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
● Identify and acquire recent business opportunities from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, medical device, and healthcare organizations.
● Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry conferences.
● Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives. ● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service discussions to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
● Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for consistent business growth.

Sales & Revenue Generation
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
