Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent





Agentic AI Platform Engineer (SDE 3) - Python, FastAPI, Go/Java, Agent Orchestration, Prompt Engineering

You'll own a domain of our agentic AI platform end to end - architecture, roadmap, and the standards other engineers build against — and act as the senior technical voice for that domain across a multi-team delivery organization. This is a hands-on senior role: you'll still ship code, while also directing the engineers building within your domain. Agentic AI is a genuinely unsettled field - defining the right pattern is as much the job as building it.

Work you’ll do:

Define and evolve architecture, roadmap, and engineering standards for a domain of the platform
Direct and review the work of other engineers building within your domain; mentor engineers on agentic-system design and evaluation practices
Act as connective technical tissue across delivery, security, and platform teams - build influence through design r
