Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and design-driven senior interior designer/architect to join
our team in Mumbai.
This role requires someone with strong conceptual thinking, refined design sensibility, and
the technical capability to carry a project from concept to completion with minimal
supervision.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8-10 years of experience working on high-end interior
and architectural projects, can lead design packages confidently and thrives in a collaborative
yet fast-paced workplace.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, coordinates
effectively with consultants and consistently delivers thoughtful, well-resolved work.

Key responsibilities:

1. Concept development and design direction
lead the creation of strong,



contextually grounded concepts for interior and architectural
projects
develop mood boards, design narratives, space planning options, and early-stage
visualizations
present design ideas confidently to the founder, internal team and clients

2. Design packages and technical drawings
produce and oversee comprehensive drawing sets across concept, schematic, and detailed
design stages
ensure all design details, material specifications, and technical solutions are well-resolved
and aligned with project intent
review and refine drawings prepared by junior designers and draftsmen

3. Project leadership and coordination
take charge of assigned projects, ensuring design quality, accuracy and timely delivery
coordinate directly with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, landscape), suppliers, and
contractors
lead or support client meetings, ensuring all design updates are clear, structured and
