Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for APX Luxury's key Custom Publishing clients, ensuring exceptional client servicing and relationship management.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
Manage day-to-day client communication, project timelines, approvals, feedback, and overall account delivery.
Coordinate closely with Editorial, Design, Production, Digital, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of client commitments.




Conduct regular business reviews with clients to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth.
Business Development
Identify and acquire new B2B clients for APX Luxury's Custom Publishing business across sectors such as airlines, airports, hospitality, travel, luxury, automotive, real estate, healthcare, and corporate organizations.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand APX Luxury's custom publishing portfolio.
Generate new leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
Custom Publishing & Partnerships
Work closely with prospective clients to understand their communication and publishing requirements and recommend customized publishing solutions.
