Job Title: Affiliate Manager – Performance Marketing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow our performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, driving revenue growth, and optimizing campaign performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and scale affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and networks
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns based on key KPIs (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS,ROAS)
Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and payouts with partners
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance) to align campaign strategies
Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking tools and reporting platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with affiliate networks
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance tracking tools
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a digital marketing agency or ad-tech environment
Knowledge of attribution models and tracking platforms
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue growth from affiliate channels
Cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Number and quality of affiliate partnerships
Campaign performance and conversion rates
