Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, overseeing consumer electronics and television product lines. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, including sales planning, execution, and performance tracking for stabilizers, TVs, and related electronics. The role involves leading and mentoring the branch team, setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.



The Branch Manager will coordinate with distributors, retailers, and corporate teams to drive market expansion, manage inventory, and implement promotional activities. Daily responsibilities also include handling key accounts, resolving escalations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and reporting branch performance to senior management.
Qualifications
Solid branch management and operations skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and process oversight.
Experience in sales and business development for consumer electronics and televisions, ideally within the Uttar Pradesh market.
Skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and handling channel partners such as distributors and retailers.
Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, manage inventory, and prepare regular performance reports.
