We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team immediately in India.
This is a hands-on, results-focused role for someone with deep expertise in Google Ads first, supported by solid capability across Google SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Reddit Ads. You’ll own acquisition strategy, optimise campaigns, and drive measurable growth across paid and organic channels.

What you’ll do
Lead the strategy, setup, management, and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, search terms, ad copy, audiences, and conversion tracking to maximise ROAS and reduce CAC.
Build and execute SEO strategies spanning technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation, content planning, and organic-growth reporting.
Launch, manage, and optimise Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, as well as Reddit Ads campaigns.
Test advertising creative, copy, audiences,



landing pages, offers, and funnel stages to improve conversion rates.
Monitor core performance metrics including spend, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and revenue.
Work with creative, content, product, and sales teams to turn campaign insights into scalable growth opportunities.
Stay current with Google Ads product changes, search trends, SEO developments, and paid-social best practices.
Have strong knowledge of technical SEO and be able to guide developers on codes

What we’re looking for
Proven experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition, with Google Ads as your strongest channel.
Hands-on experience managing Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding, tracking, attribution, optimisation, and reporting.
Practical SEO expertise, including technical, on-page, and content-led SEO
