Role Description:
We are seeking a Senior Kronos Workforce Management Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience to support a global AMS engagement. The consultant will play a key role in transitioning the application from the incumbent support team to the client's support team, stabilizing operations,
and driving the service through steady state into continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise in /Kronos Workforce Management, production support experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize business processes, and deliver enhancements while ensuring SLA compliance.
Experience: 8+ years of experience supporting /Kronos Workforce Management solutions
