Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, analytics tools, conversion tracking, and ROI-focused marketing strategies to drive lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage and scale campaigns across PPC, affiliate marketing, email marketing, app marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and bidding strategy optimization.
Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.




Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and creatives.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize conversions.
Implement remarketing strategies and optimize marketing funnels.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
Robust understanding of PPC campaigns paid social advertising, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of SEO and email marketing will be an added advantage.
