About the Role
We are looking for a Programmatic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our global programmatic advertising business.

You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships across the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including Ad Exchanges (ADX), DSPs, SSPs, advertisers, agencies, and publishers/developers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnership Growth
Develop and expand strategic partnerships with global programmatic ecosystem players, including ADX, DSP, SSP, advertisers, agencies, and developers.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through partnership development.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
2. Market Research & Business Strategy
Conduct market research and provide insights into global programmatic advertising trends.
Analyze industry developments, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Develop business strategies based on market intelligence.
3. Programmatic Ecosystem Expansion




Develop a deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and identify opportunities for business growth.
Explore current traffic sources, demand partners, and monetization opportunities.
Support optimization of partnership strategies to achieve business targets.
4. Internal Collaboration
Provide market feedback and industry insights to product, engineering, and operation teams.
Work closely with internal teams to improve products and enhance commercial capabilities.
5. Revenue & Account Management
Manage business performance metrics and achieve revenue objectives.
Monitor customer payment status and support account receivable management.

Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above.
2、1+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech, digital advertising, or related business development roles.
