Role Description The Visual Designer at METASLAY - Brand Marketing is a full-time, in office role based in Visakhapatnam. In this role, the designer creates visual concepts and graphic assets for digital and print channels, ensuring cohesive and compelling brand experiences across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing marketing collaterals, social media creatives and presentation materials, while collaborating with the marketing and strategy teams to align visuals with brand objectives.



The Visual Designer will refine and maintain brand guidelines, contribute to campaign ideation, and iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback.
Qualifications
Strong Visual Design and Graphic Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality, brand-aligned creative work.
Experience in Branding and creating consistent Graphics for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar platforms).
Ability to translate strategic briefs into clear visual concepts and refine designs based on feedback.
Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to work under deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
