Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at the Medcity International Academy center in Kochi. This role supports daily operational activities,



including coordinating class schedules, maintaining student records, assisting with admissions processes, and ensuring smooth functioning of front-office and back-office tasks. The Operations Assistant will handle inquiries from students and partners, provide customer service support, and collaborate with trainers and administrative staff to align operations with academic and training schedules. The role also involves tracking operational data, preparing basic reports, supporting event and exam logistics, and helping implement standard operating procedures. The Operations Assistant is expected to maintain a professional, learner-focused environment and contribute to continuous improvement of academy operations.
