What is this role all about
As the Associate Director – Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and scaling Kapture CX's strategic partner ecosystem. This is a hunting-first role, where your primary focus will be identifying, acquiring,



and onboarding new strategic partners rather than managing an existing partner base. You will build relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, technology partners, and other strategic alliances that drive business growth
.Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams, you will create joint go-to-market strategies, unlock new revenue opportunities, and strengthen Kapture CX's market presence.
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and stronger business relationships.
