This role is responsible for executing design concepts and brand guidelines across creative projects, ensuring high-quality output for both offline and online branding for our Exclusive Branded Outlet, Doctor Marketing, and D2C channels.

Job Description
Design finished artworks for a diverse range of branding, marketing, and communication materials including but not limited to packaging, brochures, POS display materials, visual merchandising, event collaterals, presentations, digital creatives, etc.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to translate campaign objectives and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute static and video creative outputs for social media campaigns, ensuring high engagement and alignment with brand guidelines.
Support the creation of corporate collaterals such as presentations,



company decks, and brochures.
Assist in monitoring campaign performance and revising creative assets to improve results based on feedback and analytics.
Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest design and marketing techniques to ensure BOHECO's branding remains dynamic, competitive, and relevant.
Maintain consistent brand communication and visual quality across all platforms, in coordination with the Design Head
Give and receive constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment within the team.
Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
Leverage expert knowledge in consumer psychology to craft visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse audience segments.
