About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-focused Academic Partnerships Executive to build and expand our network of institutional partnerships across schools, colleges, universities and other educational organizations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, presenting solutions and building long-term business relationships. As the face of the organization, you will represent our brand, engage with institutional leaders, conduct presentations, seminars and workshops, and drive partnerships that contribute directly to business growth.
This is a field-based B2B sales role that requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with schools, colleges, universities and educational institutions to build strategic partnerships.




• Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking and institutional outreach.
• Build strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Deans, Placement Officers, HODs and other institutional decision makers.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, seminars, workshops and webinars.
• Present the company's e-learning and education solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Negotiate partnership opportunities and close institutional collaborations.
• Coordinate the execution of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Memorandums of Meeting (MoMs) and other partnership agreements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, partnerships and sales activities in the CRM.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
