About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive enterprise sales and build strong B2B client relationships across Verification Services, Global Expansion, Compliance and other professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert B2B/enterprise leads through outbound, LinkedIn, referrals, events and partnerships.
Build relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads, Internal Audit Heads, Founders and senior decision-makers.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation and closure.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, CRM hygiene and regular sales forecasts.
Drive account growth through cross-selling and long-term client relationships.




Mentor junior BD team members as the team expands.
Requirements:
5–10 years of proven B2B / consultative sales experience.
Strong experience in selling services, consulting or compliance solutions.
Proven ability to close deals with CXO/Founder-level stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Solid negotiation, commercial and relationship-management skills.
Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent.
Graduate mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Comfortable working from the Gurugram office and travelling as required.
Good to Have:
Experience in audit, compliance, fixed asset/inventory verification, company incorporation, international entity setup, FEMA/ODI, payroll or corporate services.
