About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on GCC e-commerce experience to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and growth for our multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace serving the Saudi Arabian market.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing performance campaigns for Saudi Arabia and/or GCC markets, with a robust understanding of local consumer behaviour, purchasing patterns, promotional periods, and e-commerce customer journeys.
This is a hands-on role focused on revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversions, and profitable growth rather than traffic or awareness alone.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and relevant campaign types.
Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for acquisition, retargeting, and customer reactivation.
Evaluate and utilize other relevant GCC channels such as Snapchat and TikTok where appropriate.




Develop audience segmentation and remarketing strategies for different product categories and customer segments.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs and margins.

GCC / Saudi E-commerce Growth
Develop performance strategies specifically for the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets.
Understand GCC consumer behaviour, online shopping patterns, seasonal demand, and promotional cycles.
Plan campaigns around key commercial periods, seasonal events, and major e-commerce sales periods in the region.
Adapt ad messaging, offers, audiences, and creatives for Arabic- and English-speaking customers.
Work with the marketplace team to identify high-performing products, categories, and vendors for paid promotion.

Conversion & Revenue Optimization
Analyze the complete customer journey from ad impression to purchase.
