Job Description

Under limited supervision,



plans and leads the implementation of enterprise server, storage, and application infrastructure projects, including installations, modifications, and upgrades.
Researches best practices and collaboration with internal resources to propose and implement optimal designs for different physical, virtual, and cloud platforms.
Advises on the development and management of internal systems to achieve proper security, network, availability, optimal storage capability, and other functionality.
Performs automation of workloads to improve performance, reduce costs, reduce maintenance of servers and storage devices, and help improve self-service capabilities.
Develops scripts across various platforms to, for example, improve the consistency of infrastructure systems, monitor for and respond to routine issues, maintain healthy backups of data, and other automation functions.
