About the Role
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to strengthen our B2B sales operations. The role involves regular market visits, meeting potential and existing customers, presenting our products and samples, generating orders, building solid business relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers in the field, and have the ability to independently manage market visits and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and prospective B2B customers.
Visit relevant shops, businesses,



and market outlets within the assigned territory.
Introduce and present KHR's premium stainless steel products to potential customers.
Carry and demonstrate product samples wherever required.
Generate new business opportunities through direct market visits and customer outreach.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
Achieve monthly sales and order-generation targets assigned by the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify new customers and expand the company's B2B customer network.
Understand customer requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
Collect and communicate market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information.
Maintain regular records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer orders and requirements.
