JOB SUMMARY – Account Manager – Client Services

As an integral member of the Jivox Client Services team,



the selected candidate will assume responsibility for the comprehensive management of campaigns, encompassing day-to-day operations, client deliverables, relationship management, and issue resolution. Operating within the Night Shift/US working hours, the role is based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of tier 2 and tier 3 client business, including both Brand direct and agencies, focusing on production and relationship management.
Oversee day-to-day campaign deliverables and client communication.
Train clients on recent Jivox platform ad types, features, and functionality to foster revenue growth through client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, such as Client Services, Creative Services, Quality Assurance, Technical/Adops Support, and Engineering, to initiate campaigns and address challenges for the delivery of high-quality services/prod
