The Executive - Aviation Services, is responsible for monitoring baggage delivery performances, overseeing data compilation and ensuring accurate reporting of operational performance matric. The role involves managing and analyzing data related to baggage handling, BME performance, SOP compliance, SLA, and coordination for fueling maintenance windows. He is also responsible for activating RVPs to facilitate emergency response vehicles as per DAEP. The role also includes preparing and presenting weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, compile, and validate operational data related to baggage delivery, BME performance, SOP / SLA monitoring and fueling safety drills.
Generate accurate and timely MIS reports.

Ensure the serviceability and availability of GPU & PCA of 98% achieved in coordination with BME Maintenance and AOCC.

Coordinate with AOCC for fueling maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions.
