About Wakefit & the Role

The Growth Marketing team works across multiple digital advertising, marketplace, martech, and customer engagement platforms to accelerate customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Marketing Operations

* Coordinate execution of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Zepto, Reddit, and other digital marketing platforms.
* Manage campaign setup, execution, tracking, and closure across multiple marketing channels.
* Monitor campaign status, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure uninterrupted campaign execution.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing partners to resolve campaign-related issues and escalations.
* Maintain accurate and real-time campaign trackers across platforms and marketing initiatives.
Performance & Budget Monitoring

* Track campaign spends, platform-level allocations,



and utilization against approved marketing plans.
* Monitor daily campaign performance and identify deviations, under-utilization, or potential overspending.
* Set up alerts and trackers to proactively identify campaign disruptions or performance anomalies.
* Work closely with Performance Marketing teams to ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting

* Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards across digital channels.
* Track key marketing metrics such as spends, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CAC, and campaign ROI.
* Analyze campaign-level data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
* Maintain accurate marketing data and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
Martech & Automation

* Support automation of campaign tracking, reporting, and marketing operations workflows.
